My Experience as a First-Time Investor!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Mark for helping me obtain my first investment property! Despite living in another state, being a little nervous buying my first property in an area I have no knowledge of, and putting my trust in a buyers agent that I had only just met, the end result has definitely exceeded my expectations!

The entire process from the initial consultation, the detailed reports and recommendations that were provided, the expertise shown during the negotiation stage and the contract variations that were required, through to the constant support and feedback up till settlement. Everything was handled with precision and professionalism and it undoubtedly reassured me that I was making the right decision.

The follow up service and property management after settlement has also been first-class. Mark was able to organise minor refurbishments to the property and secure a suitable tenant within a week of settlement and I am delighted with its performance and the entire management of the property since.

Although only new to property investment, I can honestly say that having allowed Mark to assist and guide me through this property purchase has provided me with a fantastic investment, along with a level of experience and knowledge that I would never have attained on my own. I will definitely be using Mark’s services again in the future when finances allow.
